Aino-Maria Paasivirta, 26, is a promoter at Fullsteam Agency, Finland.
Paasivirta started working at Fullsteam as assistant to founder Rauha Kyyrö, working with acts such as Big Boi, Jośe González, Franz Ferdinand, Wiz Khalifa, Jack White, Volbeat and Justin Bieber. She has been booking foreign acts to Provinssi Festival (cap 32,000) together with Rauha the last 3 years.
Paasivirta has recently taken on the role of full-time promoter, and is the promoter for Allas Sea Pool, a 2500 capacity outdoor venue in downtown Helsinki. She is shortlisted on IQ’s New Bosses 2018 feature.

Hailing from Hamburg, Anna-Sophie completed a BA in music, theatre and entertainment management at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) in the UK. During her studies, she also worked on projects including Rock am Ring and Rock im Park. She joined Live Nation UK in 2008 as a freelance promoter rep, but in 2015 became a promoter in her own right, working with talent such as Sigrid, Lewis Capaldi, Ariana Grande, John Mayer, Emeli Sandé, Ward Thomas, The Cadillac Three, Greta Van Fleet, Billy Lockett, Joy Crookes, Isaiah Rashad and many more.

Chin Okeke is an Impresario and Entertainment-Entrepreneur set on changing the conversation about Africa. Chin is a Law Graduate (LLB) from the University of Bristol and holds a diploma in Chinese from Tsinghua University, Beijing.
Chin was a talent manager for over seven years and has represented some of the biggest names in African media and entertainment. Since founding Eclipse West Africa (holding company of EBA and ELA), Chin has developed entertainment properties for multinationals like Pepsi, Bollinger and Red Bull to name a few. Chin has overseen the brand strategy, representation, and endorsement deals of several high-profile clients.
At Eclipse Live, they have since developed The Gidi Culture Festival, which is the biggest festival in West Africa, defining the progression of music and urban youth culture in Africa as we know it today. Born out of Lagos, the melting pot for music on the continent with a global outlook.
Chin acts as counsel to The Youth Philanthropists Foundation and is a founding trustee of the ECHO music and arts foundation.
Chin has recently launched Eclipse Booking Agency which is set on putting more African acts on international stages and opening up Africa for international and African talent through a trusted network of promoters on the continent.

Jon Chapple is an experienced music industry journalist who has been news editor of IQ, the leading news and content platform for the international live music business, since January 2016.
Prior to joining IQ, he was deputy editor of pro-audio industry title PSNEurope. He has also written for the European Arena Yearbook, International Ticketing Yearbook, PSNLive, Shindig!, PopMatters and various Titan Magazines titles, and spoken at events including FastForward, Granada Experience and Venues Day.

Juliet Temko is an agent’s assistant within the music division at United Talent Agency in London. She is responsible for live bookings operations for over thirty internationally acclaimed jazz, funk and soul artists, including Chaka Khan, Hiatus Kaiyote and Snarky Puppy.
She is actively involved in organisations which promote the empowerment and success of women in the music industry. Prior to UTA, Juliet worked as a broadcast assistant at BBC Introducing in the West. Whilst living in Bristol she hosted live music events and jam nights. She is also a musician in her own right.

Mike began promoting concerts at the age of 12 in South Wales, working predominantly with rock and metal artists throughout his teen years. In his early 20’s MJR was formed, and began to acquire and establish what would become an estate of concert venues nationwide in the UK.
In more recent years, he’s expanded into international markets beginning in Australia / New Zealand, and working back via South Africa, The Middle East, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia and Western Europe. Some of MJR’s recent touring projects include Rita Ora, Hans Zimmer, Sia, Marvel Avengers Station, Steel Panther and 50 Cent. MJR now sells several million tickets annually, across four continents.

Mike Malak is an agent at CODA Agency, representing talent from the likes of Jess Glynne, to Billie Eilish, Pusha T, Yung Lean, KSHMR, Carnage and more. He has previously worked for Steve Aoki’s management team focusing on Dim Mak licensing and touring as well as a stint over at Warner Bros records in London.
Longtime relationships with the Black Eyed Peas and LMFAO helped him develop his craft and understand all facets of the music industry and the importance of knowing what each role means and what opportunities exist, especially in having seen the Black Eyed Peas go from selling out Jazz Café shows in London to three nights sold out at the Stade de France in Paris.
It is therefore through this process over the last 10 years that he decided to start KID Talks, a platform for young people to learn about the industry and motivate them to get started today as we know the industry has no right or wrong path to a job, it is all about hard work and persistence

Oscar Thornton, 28 is Festival Producer and Promoter at AEG Presents / Goldenvoice, UK. Oscar started working in the festival industry 10 years ago building out Farr Festival and working across other shows in the uk. Farr Festival quickly earned a reputation as a leading electronic Festival in the UK and Europe, growing from 1k to 10k in 2018. Oscar joined AEG in September 2017, to work with Jim King and the wider team producing – All Points East taking place in Victoria Park.
Membership & Projects Coordinator, Association of Independent Festivals (AIF)
Phoebe joined AIF in early 2018 working across the membership and being the first point of contact for all their enquires. She provides support across AIF’s wide range of projects and campaigns, runs the social media channels and helps organise events including the Festival Congress & Independent Festival Awards.
Prior to that she spend 18 months at the Music Managers Forum dealing with the membership and helping produce various events including the 2016 & 2017 Artist and Manager Awards. She’s also spent time volunteering at local radio stations; provided production assistance on multiple music videos; and did a stint as the only girl on the tour bus for a UK arena tour, handling the support artists merch as well as producing video content for them on the road.
